These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and megaph ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"). By registering an account, accessing, or using the megaph platform at megaph.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the megaph platform.

Misrepresentation of any of the above — including false age declarations — constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
The megaph Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is a non-negotiable requirement under Philippine law. megaph will verify your age before processing your first withdrawal and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time during your account lifetime. Accepted documents include valid Philippine government-issued identification such as the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) card, passport, or driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office.
To create a megaph Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government ID, a valid and accessible email address, a valid Philippine mobile number registered to a Philippine carrier (Smart, Globe, or DITO), your date of birth, and a secure password of at least eight characters. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active megaph Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, megaph reserves the right to close all but the first-created account, void any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts, and retain any winnings generated through prohibited duplicate account activity.
megaph is designed for and primarily serves players located in the Republic of the Philippines. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the megaph Platform is lawful in your current location. megaph does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. Players who access the Platform via VPN or other circumvention tools to bypass geographic restrictions do so in violation of these Terms and may have their accounts suspended without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your megaph Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) generated for two-factor authentication. megaph will never request your password or OTP through any external communication channel including email, SMS, or messaging applications. You agree to notify megaph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act, megaph is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and may require additional documentation such as proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) or source-of-funds documentation for high-value transactions. KYC verification is a one-time process unless your information changes materially or megaph's compliance team identifies a reason for re-verification.
An Account is considered inactive if no login has occurred within a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. megaph reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ₱100 per month to dormant accounts after this inactivity threshold is reached, provided the Account holds a positive Real Money Balance. Players will be notified by email prior to any such fees being applied. Where an Account balance reaches zero, the Account may be archived. Players wishing to reactivate an archived Account should contact megaph support.
megaph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). megaph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Transaction fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's responsibility.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your megaph Account immediately upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank using InstaPay are typically credited within minutes; PESONet transfers may take up to one (1) business day. Minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits per transaction vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of the request being submitted during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed same-day for requests received before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on banking days; requests received after 3:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next available banking day. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal processing times stated herein are targets, not guarantees; actual processing may be affected by payment provider operations, compliance reviews, or force majeure events beyond megaph's reasonable control.
Your first withdrawal requires completion of KYC identity verification as described in Section 4.2. megaph also requires that the withdrawal method used matches a payment method previously used for deposits, where practicable, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard. megaph reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ₱100,000 or where transaction patterns trigger AML review requirements under applicable Philippine law.
All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). megaph does not support multi-currency accounts or foreign currency deposits. Players funding accounts from foreign-denominated payment instruments do so at their bank or e-wallet provider's prevailing exchange rate; megaph has no control over and bears no liability for exchange rate losses incurred in such transactions.
Only wager with money from your Real Money Balance. Your Bonus Balance is subject to wagering requirements as outlined in Section 6 and cannot be directly withdrawn until those requirements are met.
All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives ("Bonuses") offered by megaph are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to each specific promotion, which are published on the megaph Promotions page. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail. megaph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's specific terms, Bonuses awarded to megaph Players are subject to wagering requirements before any Bonus-derived funds may be converted to the Real Money Balance and withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the Bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal becomes permissible. Different game categories contribute at different rates to wagering requirement fulfilment — specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
megaph strictly prohibits bonus abuse in all forms, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim sign-up bonuses multiple times; systematically exploiting low house-edge games to clear wagering requirements while minimizing risk; coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotion structures; and exploiting technical errors or glitches to generate disproportionate Bonus credits. Where bonus abuse is identified, megaph reserves the right to void all Bonuses, void all winnings derived from Bonus play, close the Account, and retain any remaining balance.
Certain promotions at megaph require Players to actively opt in before making a qualifying deposit. Bonuses will not be applied retroactively to deposits made before opting in. It is the Player's responsibility to check the Promotions page and opt in before depositing if they wish to qualify for a specific offer.
All random-outcome games on the megaph Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness and statistical randomness. RNG certifications are available upon request. Live dealer games use physical dealing procedures conducted by trained dealers and recorded on video, with outcomes determined by physical cards, dice, or wheels rather than software-generated numbers.
All game outcomes on the megaph Platform are final once settled by the game engine or live dealer, as applicable. megaph's server-side records are the definitive record of all game outcomes and bet settlements. In the event of a discrepancy between what a Player's device displays and megaph's server records, megaph's server records shall prevail.
In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error that affects game play or bet settlement, megaph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. megaph bears no liability for losses arising from interruptions in internet connectivity on the Player's side, device failures, or third-party network issues outside megaph's infrastructure.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the megaph Platform and are displayed within each game's interface and information panel. These limits may vary by game, stake level, Player tier, or promotional period. megaph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the megaph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities as appropriate:
Gaming on the megaph Platform is intended as a form of entertainment for adults. Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be predicted or controlled by any system or strategy, and that the house edge means the platform retains a statistical advantage over time across all games. Players should only gamble with funds they can afford to lose and should not use gaming as a means to address financial difficulties or recover previous losses.
megaph provides the following tools to help Players maintain responsible gaming habits. All tools are accessible from the Account Settings page under the Responsible Gaming section and take effect immediately unless otherwise noted:
megaph reserves the right and accepts the obligation to restrict account activity, impose deposit limits, or initiate self-exclusion where internal monitoring systems identify indicators of problem gambling behavior. Such actions are taken in the Player's best interest and in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements. Players who believe megaph has taken an unjustified restriction may raise a dispute through the process outlined in Section 14.
Age Restriction — 21+ Only: All gaming services on megaph are strictly restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR regulations. megaph employs age verification procedures at registration and before withdrawal processing. Circumventing age restrictions is a violation of these Terms and Philippine law.
megaph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering a megaph Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where you have provided separate consent), and regulatory reporting.
megaph implements technical and organizational security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption for data in transit and access-controlled encryption for stored personal data. megaph will not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
Players have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data, subject to megaph's legal retention obligations. Requests may be submitted to [email protected].
All content on the megaph Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, user interface design, written content, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of megaph or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without megaph's prior written consent.
megaph grants Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to scrape, mirror, or replicate any portion of the Platform, its content, or its game data.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, megaph's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming transactions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
megaph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform — even if megaph has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
megaph does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily limit access to some or all Platform features. megaph will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
Nothing in this Section limits megaph's liability for death or personal injury caused by megaph's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
megaph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: a Player has breached any provision of these Terms; there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct; KYC verification fails or documentation provided is found to be fraudulent; a Player self-excludes; or regulatory requirements mandate suspension.
Upon Account suspension or termination, all pending bets will be settled according to applicable game rules and outcomes. Where termination results from a breach of these Terms, megaph reserves the right to retain the Account balance, including withdrawable Real Money Balance, pending investigation and regulatory reporting requirements. Where termination is for reasons not attributable to Player breach, megaph will process a withdrawal of the Real Money Balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players wishing to close their megaph Account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is completed, all active bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or complaint arising from use of the megaph Platform, Players are encouraged to first contact megaph's customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. megaph will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive resolution within ten (10) business days. Providing detailed information — including your username, the transaction ID in question, the date and time of the disputed event, and a clear description of your complaint — will facilitate faster resolution.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal resolution within a reasonable timeframe, Players who believe megaph has acted contrary to its obligations under PAGCOR regulations may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR. Players acknowledge that megaph's decisions on game outcomes, where supported by server-side records, are final and binding unless demonstrable technical error can be evidenced.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the dispute resolution process described in Section 14. megaph's compliance with PAGCOR regulations shall be treated as evidence of compliance with Philippine gaming law for the purposes of any legal proceedings.
megaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments — defined as changes that materially affect Players' rights or obligations — will be communicated to all registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a provision, or formatting changes) may be implemented without prior notice.
Continued use of the megaph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date in accordance with Section 13.3.
The version of these Terms currently displayed on the megaph Platform supersedes all previous versions. The effective date is stated at the top of this document.
